The Ealing Mile
The Ealing Mile is a lunchtime one-mile road race held in Lammas Park, Ealing, W5 5JH. The start and finish are located in Lammas Park, which is also the start and finish location for the Ealing Half Marathon. The event is presented with a community atmosphere and access to the park's green space.
The course is based on the distance markers in Lammas Park and has been measured precisely. The race is a UK Athletics licensed event; official times are recorded and will appear on Power of 10 and Run Britain rankings.
The event is open to anyone aged 4 years and above. Participants may run, jog, or walk the course. Registration must be completed in advance and closes at 10:00am on the day before the event; on-day registration is not available.
Bottled water is not provided. A drinking fountain is available in Lammas Park and participants are asked to bring a refillable water bottle. There is no secure bag drop, but bags can be left at registration with a volunteer at the participant's own risk, parkrun style.
