The Ealing Mile
The Ealing Mile is a one-mile road race held in Lammas Park, Ealing W5 5JH. The course follows the distance markers in Lammas Park and has been measured precisely. Lammas Park is also the start and finish location for the Ealing Half Marathon.
The event is open to anyone aged 4 years and above. Participants may run, jog, or walk the course. The race is UK Athletics licensed; times are officially recorded and will appear on Power of 10 and Run Britain rankings.
Registration must be completed in advance and closes at 10:00am the day before the event. On-the-day registration is not available. Race numbers can be collected from 12:00 onwards. Entry fees are listed as: affiliated runner (club member) £5.00 plus a 26p processing fee, and unaffiliated runner £7.00 plus a 37p processing fee.
Bottled water is not provided; participants are asked to bring a refillable water bottle and use the drinking fountain in Lammas Park. There is no secure bag drop; bags can be left at registration with a volunteer at the participant's own risk and participants are advised to leave valuables at home.
