Sri Chinmoy Battersea Relays
The Sri Chinmoy Battersea Relays is a team relay held in Battersea Park and organised by the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team. Registration is online only and closes seven days before the event. The published entry fee is £30.
The relay course is an out-and-back route along South Carriage Drive, starting from the Rosery Gate end. Each team consists of three runners and each runner completes one mile. The course is traffic-free, UK Athletics certified for distance accuracy, and the event uses chip timing to UKA standards.
Race headquarters is located on Carriage Drive South near Rosery Gate. A secure baggage drop is provided at Race HQ and all items should fit in one bag. The event lists a minimum age of 10 years.
On-site facilities include public toilets in the park, parking inside Rosery Gate Car Park, and showers at the Millennium Arena available for a £3 charge. The organiser states an inclusive entry policy for Female, Male and Non-Binary entrants; only Male and Female categories are used for ranking in results while non-binary times are captured in the overall results to comply with IAAF rules.
