Event details
The Dam 5 Miler is scheduled for November 22, 2025, in Lancaster, Tennessee. It is listed as the 3rd Annual running of the event. The course distance is 5 miles. The published entry fee is $54, including a $4 processing fee. Registration closes the day before the event. The race is chip-timed. All finishers receive a finisher medal and all registered runners receive a race t-shirt (late registrations receive shirts if available). Both runners and walkers are permitted to take part.
Course and logistics
The race starts at Center Hill Recreation Area and crosses Center Hill Dam before entering Edgar Evins State Park. A native pollinator corridor runs along roads near the Visitor Center Office on the route. The course contains sections with road inclines. Aid stations are placed at approximately every 1.5 to 2 miles. Music is allowed on the course. The event has a no-refund policy except in the case of race cancellation for public health reasons.
