The Cordwell Colossus

The Cordwell Colossus is a summer trail run set in North Derbyshire, near the Peak District. This challenging event features a scenic 20-mile loop through the picturesque Cordwell Valley and Linacre Valley, with an elevation gain of 950 meters. Participants, including runners and fast walkers, must complete the course within a 6-hour time limit.

The route offers a mix of runnable trails and more technical sections, with two well-stocked checkpoints along the way. Finishers will receive a medal, and prizes will be awarded to the top male and female runners. Registration takes place at Holmesfield Village Hall.
