Ricky's Race

Ricky's Race is a friendly 7.3 km (4.5 miles) running event held near Darley Dale, close to Matlock. The course features a mix of forest trails, technical surfaces with tree roots, and several challenging ascents, including a steep hill near the finish that offers spectacular views over the Derwent Valley. Runners experience lung-busting climbs, muddy sections, and technical descents, culminating in a final punishing ascent to the Oker Trig Point before a downhill finish.
