The Bones 5K - Salisbury, MD
The Bones 5K is a nighttime trail race scheduled for October 30, 2026, at Pemberton Historical Park in Salisbury, Maryland. The inaugural edition is presented by Algonquin Ultras in partnership with Wicomico County Recreation & Parks. The course uses the park's winding single-track trails and includes sandy sections, root-covered footing, and wooded scenery that become more atmospheric after dark.
The event is designed to be family-friendly with holiday decorations in the forest and some light surprises along the route. Professional chip timing is provided and prizes are offered for the best costumes. An exclusive Bones 5K shirt is available to early registrants. The published entry fee is USD 38.50.
