About the race
The Body Barn is running a full HYROX Simulation on 04 Oct 2026 at The Body Barn, Unit D5 Hortonwood 7, Telford, Shropshire TF1 7GP. The event reproduces the HYROX race format in a gym setting rather than an arena. The simulation follows the full HYROX structure of running intervals combined with functional stations. Stations listed for the session include sled push, sled pull, ski, row, carries and lunges.
Sessions are coached and organised to let participants practice pacing, transitions and technique. The programme offers singles and doubles formats on the same day and includes scaled options so participants can choose adjusted movements or loads.
