The Body Barn HYROX Simulation
The Body Barn runs a full HYROX Simulation on 02 Aug 2026 at The Body Barn, Unit D5 Hortonwood 7, Telford, Shropshire TF1 7GP. The simulation replicates the HYROX race format outside an arena and is offered in coached sessions.
Participants work through the full HYROX format, combining running intervals with functional stations such as sled push, sled pull, ski, row, carries and lunges. Sessions are structured to allow practice of pacing, transitions and technique, and to provide an indication of strengths and weaknesses and areas for improvement.
Two session formats are scheduled for the date: a singles session and a doubles session. Scaled options are available so participants can modify loads or movements.
