A series of graded 5k races taking place at the cycle circuit at Shrewsbury Sports Village, Sundorne Road, Shrewsbury SY1 4RQ on Saturday 11 July 2026. The route is run on the circuit and covers just over five laps of a flat, sheltered and well maintained traffic free course.
The event comprises six separate races, including three England v Wales Masters International races. Listed categories include a Masters International for men and women aged 65 and over, an open race for runners targeting 19 minutes and beyond, a sub 19 minute race, a sub 17 minute race, and additional masters international races for women and men.
Races are staged under UK Athletics rules. Minimum age is 11 on race day. The standard entry option is priced at £16. Entries close on 10 July 2026. The organiser does not offer refunds or deferrals; however entries may be transferred to another runner until midnight the night before the race.
