The Shrewsbury 5k Jan 2026 is a series of graded 5 km races held at the cycle circuit at Shrewsbury Sports Village, Sundorne Road, Shrewsbury SY1 4RQ on Saturday 24 January 2026. Races take place under floodlights on a traffic-free course. The course is just over five laps, described as flat, sheltered and well maintained. Races are staged under UK Athletics rules and have a minimum age of 11 on race day. Cash prizes are offered for the top three men and top three women. Participants are allocated to one of the graded races based on predicted finish times; race allocation is confirmed in race instructions sent during race week. Race numbers are collected on the night.

The event is organised by Run Cheshire. The listed entry fee is £16.00. Entries close on 24 January 2026.
