Course details and rules
Aid stations are listed at approximate miles 4, 8.1, 11.5, 16.4 (turnaround, drop bag), 21, 24.5 and 28.5; the mile 4 and 28.5 stations are water only. One drop bag will be shuttled to the turnaround and should be small. The event enforces a strict 10-hour overall cutoff and intermediate cutoffs requiring arrival at the turnaround (mile 16) within 4.5 hours and at mile 24 within 7 hours. Pacers and crews are not allowed, and runners receiving outside aid may be disqualified. Registration is managed via a waitlist and requires proof of a recent qualifying trail 50k or comparable race.
