The event enforces a strict 10-hour overall cutoff and intermediate cutoffs requiring arrival at the turnaround (mile 16) within 4.5 hours and at mile 24 within 7 hours. Pacers and crews are not allowed, and runners receiving outside aid may be disqualified. Registration is managed via a waitlist and requires proof of a recent qualifying trail 50k or comparable race.
