The Big Elf Festive Fun Run 2026
The Big Elf Festive Fun Run takes place on 29 November 2026 at The Forest Centre in Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire. The event raises funds for Mind BLMK and supports the charity's mental health and wellbeing services across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. Each entrant will receive a victory medal and other festive goodies.
The event is non competitive and open to all ages and abilities. It includes:
- 5 km community run
- 200 m Dasher Dash for preschool and primary aged children
The route follows main cycle and walking paths and is a flat gravel trail with some uneven sections. The Forest Centre offers step free access, automatic doors into reception, a baby changing facility and a disabled toilet with a lift to upstairs. Parking is available free for participants on a first come first served basis and number plates should be registered at reception to avoid charges. There is no official bag drop; a room will be available to leave small bags at the owner's risk.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and there is a reduced entry cost for under 16s. Well behaved dogs are permitted on short handheld non extendable leads and only one dog per participant is allowed. Early ticket discounts apply to the first 40 tickets and entries close the Wednesday before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
