Event Overview
The Brewery Trail Run is a half-day event in the Chiltern Hills. It combines a 10 km (6-mile) trail run with a tour and tasting at Tring Brewery. The run is not a race and includes trail running instruction from qualified guides. The event is open to runners who can cover 5 km non-stop. Groups are formed by ability, and participants walk any steep hills.
What's Included
The entry includes a guided trail run with instruction, a private brewery tour, a beer tasting, and either a bottle of beer or a pint in the tap room. Bag storage is provided. Participants run approximately 10 km on trails with hills in the Chiltern Hills.
Location and Logistics
The meeting point is at Tring Market Auctions (Tring Market Place). The event finishes at Tring Brewery, within walking distance of the start. Tring is about 40 minutes northwest of London by train or road. The nearest train station is Tring, with taxi ranks available or a 1.7-mile walk on pavements to the start. On-site pay-and-display parking is available. Facilities include a nearby cafe, toilets, and bag drop.
Requirements
