Brewery Trail Run

The Brewery Trail Run is an organized trail running event located in Tring, approximately 40 minutes northwest of London. The event combines a guided run through the scenery of the Chiltern Hills with a social visit to a local brewery. Participants traverse trails that include some hills, with the route covering a total distance of 10 km (6 miles).

The event is led by qualified trail leaders who provide instruction throughout the run. Runners are grouped according to their ability to ensure a consistent pace for each participant. The run is open to various experience levels, provided participants can run 5 km without stopping. Steep sections of the course are walked rather than run.

The activity concludes at Tring Brewery, where participants take part in a private brewery tour. This visit includes a beer tasting session and either a bottle of beer or a pint in the tap room. Facilities at the start and finish locations include toilets, a nearby cafe, and bag storage.

Registration takes place at Tring Market Auctions in the Market Place. For those traveling by rail, Tring station is approximately 1.7 miles from the meeting point, accessible via taxi or walking. On-site pay and display parking is also available. Mandatory kit requirements apply for all participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
