Run for Coffee Lovers 5K/10K/13.1 Kansas City
Run for Coffee Lovers is an in-person running event organized by The Best Races at Mill Creek Park in Kansas City, MO. The event offers three distance options:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 (half marathon)
The event is organised as smaller, capped waves with a limit per wave; when waves fill, a virtual option or wait list is offered. All paces and ages are welcome; participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. The format permits running or walking. Timing is optional: participants may track time with a personal device or request on-site assistance for timekeeping. No timing chips are used.
Participants receive mailed swag for US addresses, including a running T shirt, a finisher medal, a finisher towel or giveaway, and a digital training pack. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee. Race bibs are provided on race day; packet pickup is not required. Swag is mailed the week of the race, and late registrants should expect possible delivery after the event.
The organiser provides online results and certificates of completion and issues invitations to local running clubs. The event includes a virtual run option that also provides a training pack and medal distribution. The organiser states no refunds are available.
