It is open to participants of all ages and paces, including runners and walkers. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
The event offers several distance options to accommodate different fitness levels:
- 1 Mile Family Fun Run
- 5 km

Race Format and Timing
This run is designed to be low-pressure and does not use timing chips. However, timing is optional; participants can track their own progress using various mobile applications or request assistance from an on-site coordinator to record their time. Results can be submitted online to receive a certificate of completion.
Participant Amenities
There is no formal packet pickup process on the morning of the race. Instead, participants receive their swag bag via mail, which includes a running T-shirt and a finisher's medal.
