10th Annual 5K For Hope
The 10th Annual 5K For Hope is a fundraising run and walk held on November 21, 2026, at Rio Vista Community Park in Peoria, Arizona. Families Raising Hope organizes the event to provide financial assistance to Arizona families facing cancer, and fundraising activity is part of the event structure.
The event offers in-person and virtual participation. Virtual participants receive a custom finisher medal and custom event shirt; virtual registrations are restricted to US addresses and apparel and medals are distributed after the event. Chip timing is used for real time results and event photos are available online. Race day registration and packet pickup are available on site.
Event features include pre- and post-event refreshments, age group awards for male and female top three finishers in the 5K, and accessibility accommodations. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome but must start at the back of the field. Bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, and motorized devices are not permitted on the courses. Leashed pets are allowed. The event proceeds support practical needs such as groceries, utilities, rent, and transportation for families in treatment.
