Event Overview
The Coffee Lovers Run in San Antonio takes place at Olmos Basin Park. This event is designed as a small, private group run with a limited number of participants per wave to maintain a low-stress environment. The run is open to all ages and paces, though participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Participants can choose from several distances:
- 1 Mile Family Fun Run
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 13.1 miles (Half-Marathon)
Logistics and Timing
The event does not use timing chips. Instead, timing is optional, and runners may track their own progress using personal devices or apps. Coordinators are also available on-site to assist with manual timekeeping. Results can be submitted online following the completion of the run.
There is no formal packet pickup on the day of the race. Running shirts are shipped directly to the participant's provided address. Race bibs are distributed at the location upon arrival. Three different departure waves are available for participants.
Inclusion and Support
Registration includes a swag bag consisting of a running t-shirt, a finisher's medal, and a towel or other giveaway item. Participants also receive a digital training pack and access to online results with a certificate of completion.
