Battle of Leon Creek
The Battle of Leon Creek is a multi-distance running event on November 14, 2026, at 6222 UTSA Blvd, San Antonio, TX. It is race 4 of 4 in the Alamo Beer Series Challenge.

The course runs along Leon Creek within San Antonio’s linear park system and uses miles of paved greenway trails. Runners will encounter sections with sun and shade, long flats and small hills. There are plenty of water stops on course and course maps are available though subject to change. Participants should be alert for directions to avoid missing turnarounds.
Awards and results are provided for multiple categories. All finishers receive a medal and completing all four series races earns an additional series medal. Awards are 1st through 4th for the 5k, 10 mile, 21k and 20 mile. Age group categories range from 14 and under up to 90 plus. Overall awards use gun time while age group awards use chip time due to wave starts.
Entry fees per person are listed by distance: 21k $99, 20 mile $99, 10 mile $60, 5k $45, 5k walk $45, and 0.05k $45. Late fee structure applies and race day fees are higher. Packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet San Antonio and on race morning. Parking is at UTSA lot 1 off Bauerle Road; do not park in nearby apartment lots unless authorized as a volunteer or vendor.
