Event Overview
The Run for Mental Health takes place at Lady Bird Johnson Park in San Antonio, Texas. This community event focuses on well-being and mental health awareness through a series of running and walking activities. The event is organized as a small, private group run with a specific participant cap for each wave to maintain a stress-free environment.
Participants of all ages and all paces are welcome to join. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. The event does not use timing chips, though optional timing support is available. Runners can track their own progress using various mobile apps or request assistance from on-site coordinators to record their results for the online leaderboard.

Logistics and Swag
There is no physical packet pickup required at the venue. Instead, participants receive their commemorative items via mail. The swag bag include a running T-shirt, a finisher's medal, and a finisher's towel or similar giveaway. Race bibs are provided to runners on the day of the event.
The courses are supported by on-site coordinators for three hours following the start of the first wave. Following the race, participants gain access to a digital training pack and an online certificate of completion. A virtual participation option is also available for those who prefer to complete their chosen distance at a different time or location.
