Cinco De Mayo Run : San Antonio
The Cinco De Mayo Run takes place on May 2, 2026 at Lady Bird Johnson Park, 10700 Nacogdoches Road, San Antonio, TX. The event offers in-person and virtual options and is organized as smaller, private waves with a cap per wave. Participants of all paces and ages may run or walk; minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Coordinators provide on-course support and the event requires no special equipment or setup.

Timing is optional and no timing chips are used. Runners may track time with apps and submit results for posting, or request coordinator assistance. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag is shipped to US mailing addresses the week of the race and includes a running T-shirt, finisher medal, finisher towel or giveaway, and a digital training pack. A technical running shirt upgrade is available for an extra $5. Registration runs from Oct 1 through May 2. Published fees include 5K $41.87, 10K $47.24, Half-Marathon $50.46, Virtual $41.87, and Family 1 Mile $39.72. Waves are filled on a first come, first served basis and coordinators remain for three hours after the first wave.
