Coffee Lovers Run San Antonio
The Coffee Lovers Run is a community-focused running event held at Lady Bird Johnson Park in San Antonio, Texas. This organized run provides a relaxed environment for participants of all ages and abilities. The event is structured as a series of small, private group waves to ensure a manageable environment for all attendees.
Participants can choose from several distance options:
- 1 Mile Fun Run
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 13.1 Half-Marathon
Registration includes a swag bag featuring a running t-shirt, a finisher's medal, and a finisher's towel or similar gift. Swag items are shipped directly to the participant's provided US mailing address, eliminating the need for a formal packet pickup before the event. Race bibs are distributed on the day of the run.
Timing for the event is optional. There are no timing chips or high-pressure competitive setups. Runners and walkers may track their own progress using personal apps and submit their results online to receive a certificate of completion, or they may request assistance from on-site coordinators. A virtual run option is also available for those who prefer to complete their chosen distance at a different time or location.
