Event overview
The Flock & Roll Fiesta 5K Fun Run is scheduled for Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Southside ISD Campus, 19190 US-281 South, San Antonio, TX 78221. The event is organized by the Mighty Cardinal Band Boosters as a fundraiser for the Mighty Cardinal Band. Proceeds are designated for meals, private lessons, instrument repairs, show design, the end-of-year trip, senior scholarships, and related band expenses. The race was rescheduled to this spring date; registrations already submitted will be transferred to the new date unless the participant chooses otherwise.
Registration and logistics
Registration fees are: ages 18 and older $30, ages 6–17 $25, and ages 5 and under free. Registration closes on April 5, 2026. All registered participants receive a Mighty Cardinal Band Fiesta Medal and post-race Fiesta style Chicken on a Stick. Parking is available in the stadium visitor parking lot on Leal Road behind the school. Participants unable to attend the new date may request a refund or allow the fee to be kept as a donation to the band. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
