Spring Fling - San Antonio is a race day presented by Bigfoot Running Company on Sunday, April 12, 2026. The event takes place at Lady Bird Johnson Trail Park, 10700 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78217. Packet pickup opens 1.5 hours before the race start. Shirts are guaranteed if ordered at least 10 days before race day. Races proceed in all weather conditions. The course includes mixed surfaces: pavement, crushed granite, and dirt paths. The event includes on-course aid stations, a race rally area with snacks and refreshments, and live awards.

Additional details
Age-group awards are offered for the 5K and 10K, including trophies for 1st overall male and female and recognition for Masters (40+). Youth pricing is available: ages 12 and under may enter the 5K or 10K for $15. The Volunteer then Run option is limited to the first five sign-ups for that role. Full race volunteers receive a race shirt, VIP access, and a choice of a future race entry or a $20 digital gift card. Registration and pricing vary by event and date.
