5K Beer Run at Black Laboratory Brewing
This is a 5K fun run that starts and ends at Black Laboratory Brewing in the Dignowity Hill neighborhood of San Antonio on April 18, 2026. Participants may run, jog, or walk the approximately 5 kilometer course; the event is untimed and intended as a social running activity. The route is an open course on neighborhood streets and sidewalks, so roads will not be closed and participants should follow all traffic laws and stay aware of vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
Registration includes one craft brew from Black Laboratory Brewing, a choice of a collector’s pint glass or a seasonal Brewery Running Series swag item, entry into a prize raffle, and access to post-run activities such as games and local vendors. The event organizer will host a food drive; 10 percent of proceeds support the San Antonio Food Bank and each donated nonperishable food item earns a ticket for the Hunger Fighters Raffle.
Additional details: a valid ID is required to consume alcohol and patrons must be 21 or older to receive alcohol; underage participants receive a token for a nonalcoholic beverage. There is no bag check. Dogs on leash and strollers are permitted but participants should use caution on uneven sidewalks and streets.
