Format, timing and participant items
The event uses capped waves for start groups and is described as a smaller, private group run. Timing is optional and no timing chips are used; participants may track time with run-tracking apps or ask coordinators for help. Coordinators remain on site for several hours after the first wave.
Swag is shipped to the US mailing address provided at registration; race bibs are provided on race day. The event package includes a running t-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, and an online results certificate. A technical running shirt is available as a $5 upgrade. Virtual participants receive a training pack and may receive a medal after submitting results.
