Coffee Lovers Run Sacramento
The Coffee Lovers Run takes place at Sutter's Landing Regional Park in Sacramento. This event is designed as a small, private group run with a specific participant cap for each wave to maintain an intimate atmosphere. The run focuses on a stress-free environment without the use of timing chips or complex equipment. Participants of all ages and paces are permitted to join, including both runners and walkers.
Participants can choose from several distances:
- 1 Mile Family Fun Run
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 13.1 miles (Half-Marathon)
Timing for the event is optional. Runners can track their own progress using various mobile applications and submit their results manually to be included in an online leaderboard, or they can request assistance from on-site coordinators.
The event does not require a traditional packet pickup. Instead, commemorative items such as the running T-shirt are shipped directly to the address provided during registration. Race bibs are distributed on-site on the day of the event. Registered participants receive a swag bag that includes a finisher's medal, a towel or giveaway item, and a digital training pack. Moisture-wicking technical shirts are also available as an upgrade. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual run option is available, allowing participants to complete their distance at a location of their choice.
