Davis Turkey Trot
The Davis Turkey Trot is the 38th annual running event held in Davis, California on Saturday, November 21, 2026. The event is staged at Civic Center Field, Davis, CA 95616 and offers several distance options.

All registration is handled online and entry fees vary by date of entry, distance chosen, and age. Youth discounts apply for the 5K and 10K. Packet pick up is available the day prior at Veterans Memorial Center (203 E 14th St, Davis) and on race day at Civic Center Field. Cash is accepted at packet pick up and on race day.
Entries include a commemorative bib and race timing for timed divisions, a long sleeve DryBlend shirt for most adult distances, a short sleeve cotton shirt for kids, and a finisher medal for all participants. Kids Fun Runs are not timed. Overall and age group awards are offered; age group placement is determined by net time. Special divisions include adaptive athlete, stroller, UC Davis student faculty or alumni, and US military veteran. Experienced pacers will lead pace groups in the half marathon.
Much of the course uses a bike path; participants are asked to keep slower runners to the right and allow faster runners to pass on the left. Dogs are not permitted on the course and strollers must start toward the back. The event lists Cancer Champions and the Yolo County SPCA as charitable partners.
