Sloth Run 5K/10K/13.1 NYC Southside
The Sloth Run is a smaller, private group run held along Henry Hudson Parkway in New York on August 29, 2026. The event is organized in waves with a cap per wave and includes an in-person option and a virtual option for remote participation.

Timing is optional and participants may track times with apps such as Strava or similar. There are no timing chips; participants can submit tracked times for online posting or ask coordinators for basic timekeeping assistance. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag is shipped to the US mailing address provided at registration, and shirts are mailed the week of the race. The swag bag includes a running T-shirt, a finisher towel or giveaway, a finisher medal, and a digital training pack. A technical running shirt upgrade is available for an additional five dollars.
Virtual runs receive a digital training pack and may submit results to receive a medal. Online results and a certificate of completion are available. Organizers invite participants to join local running clubs and note that fundraising is optional; organizers will donate one dollar to partner charities for each mile logged after the race.
