Event Information
The Pinstripe 5K is scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026. The start and finish location is 1 East 161st Street in The Bronx, New York, which is Yankee Stadium.
Course and Format
The event features a 5K distance. The race takes place completely within Yankee Stadium. The route covers the stadium's concourses, stairs, ramps, and includes a section on the warning track along the outfield.
The event is chip-timed. Water stations are available on the course.
A virtual participation option is available for those who cannot attend in person. Virtual participants can self-report their results between May 9 and May 31, 2026. Race materials for virtual registrants are mailed in April or May, but only to domestic addresses.
Participant Details
All participants receive a race medal, a long-sleeve shirt, and a personalized race bib. Bib pick-up is available at Yankee Stadium on Friday, May 15 (from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM) and on race day beginning at 7:30 AM. The entrance is located adjacent to the ticket office.
Walking is permitted, with dedicated heats for walkers. Running strollers are welcome. Children three years old and younger do not need to register. An ADA-accessible route is available.
Friends and family can spectate for free from the Delta SKY360° Lounge, which opens at 7:30 AM on race day. Concessions will be available. Spectators are not permitted on the course.
Logistics
Parking is available at a cost at the 164th Street Garage, accessible via the entrance on River Avenue. No bag check is available for participants. Bags are not permitted for participants, though small, lockable fanny packs within a specified size limit are allowed and subject to search.
