2026 Pinstripe 5K
The Pinstripe 5K is an athletic event held at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, New York. The course is contained entirely within the sports venue, leading participants through various levels of the facility including concourses, stairs, ramps, and the warning track along the outfield. The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026.
Participants can choose from the following options:
- 5 km in-person run/walk
- 5 km virtual race
The in-person event features a chip-timed course with timing mats placed at various intervals to ensure accurate results. The route includes water stations and is designed to accommodate different paces, with dedicated heats available for walkers. An ADA-accessible route is provided to ensure all participants can experience the warning track. Running strollers are permitted for families, and children aged three and under do not require a registration.
All registered participants receive a race shirt, a personalized bib, and a finisher medal. For those opting for the virtual race, materials are mailed to domestic addresses, and results can be self-reported during the month of May. A portion of the proceeds from the event supports the New York Yankees Foundation.
Spectators are permitted to attend at no cost and can watch the event from the Delta SKY360° Lounge, where concessions are available. Paid parking is located at the 164th Street Garage on River Avenue. A strict bag policy is in place for participants; no bags are allowed inside the stadium, though small, lockable fanny packs meeting specific size requirements are permitted.
