2026 Arizona Sunrise Series
The 2026 Arizona Sunrise Series is a set of seven 5K races held at valley locations in Arizona. Events take place on May 16 at Kiwanis Park, May 30 at Scottsdale Sports Complex, June 13 at Rio Vista Park, June 27 at Freestone Park, July 11 at Foothills Park, July 25 at Arizona Boardwalk, and August 8 at Riparian Preserve.
The series is organized by StartLine Racing. Each completed event earns points, with additional points awarded by age group and overall finish. At the end of the series the top 100 point earners, plus participants who complete at least four of the seven events, are entered into the Arizona Sunrise Series prize drawing. Three prize drawing winners will receive a $500 gift card. Overall awards for the series are scheduled to be given on August 9.
Registration options include single-event registration, series registration for all seven races, a virtual series registration restricted to US addresses, and a mail-in registration option. Virtual registrants receive a custom series medal, seven medal attachments, shirts, and shipping; virtual participants submit times to earn points and there are no age group awards for virtual events. Live events provide male and female age group awards for the top three in each age group. Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome on course. No roller blades, skates, skateboards, wagons, or motorized devices are allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
