Distances:
- 5K

The event is organized as a smaller, wave-based group run with a capped field per wave; waves close when filled and a waitlist or the virtual option is available when waves sell out. All paces and ages are welcome; minors must be accompanied by a guardian. The organizers describe race-day support from coordinators and an invitation to local run clubs for continued training.
Timing is optional. Participants may track their own time with apps or devices and submit results through the organizer to have them posted; no timing chips are used. Coordinators remain on-site for three hours after the first wave to assist arriving participants.
Swag for registered participants includes a running T-shirt shipped within the U.S., a finisher's medal, a virtual training run emailed a month before the event, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join a local running club. There is an optional lightweight technical shirt upgrade for an additional $5. Shirts are mailed the week of the race; late registrants may receive shirts after race day.
Registration fees listed for general registration include: 5K $41.89, 10K $47.26, Virtual Run $41.89, Family 1 Mile $39.74. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
