Mamba 100 - Memphis, TN
The Mamba 100 is a multi-distance trail running event held at the Wolf River Refuge Trailhead in Memphis, Tennessee and organized by Mamba Trail Runners. The course centers on a 14 mile loop of flat, fast, smooth single-track with a short lead-in section before the main loop. The 100 mile distance is an official Western States qualifier with a 34 hour cutoff for the full 100 miles.
Race distances:
- 100 Miler 7 loops plus 2 mile start section
- 100K 4 loops plus 6 mile start section
- 50K 2 loops plus 3 mile start section
- 25K 1 loop plus 1.5 mile start section
All distances use two primary aid stations located at the Bridge and at the Start/Finish hub. Runners can expect aid approximately every four to five miles. Standard ultrarunning nutrition and hydration are provided, including Tailwind, water, Gatorade, Coca Cola products, hot food during overnight hours, and a range of sweet and savory items.
Policies and support details include no refunds, no bib transfers, a tiered deferral credit schedule, specified age minimums for each distance, pacer permissions for the 100 mile and 100K only, and drop bags limited to the Start/Finish area.
