The Mamba 100 weekend offers multiple distances on the Wolf River singletrack at the Wolf River Refuge Trailhead in Memphis, TN. The event includes the following distances and loop structures:
- 100 Miler : 7 loops plus a 2-mile start section, approximately 100 miles
- 100K : 4 loops plus a 6-mile start section, approximately 62 miles
- 50K : 2 loops plus a 3-mile start section, approximately 31 miles
- 25K : 1 loop plus a 1.5-mile start section, approximately 15.5 miles
The course is built around a 14-mile loop of mostly flat, smooth single-track with a short lead-in before the loop. Two primary aid stations serve each loop: a Bridge Aid Station (around miles 4.5 and 9.5) and the Start/Finish Aid Station (mile 14). Runners can expect aid approximately every 4–5 miles and a variety of packaged and hot foods during evening hours. Tailwind is listed as the primary race hydration; water, electrolyte drinks, and other standard ultramarathon nutrition are available.
The 100 Mile is a Western States qualifier with a 34-hour cutoff to earn WSER qualification. Packet pickup is scheduled at the Start/Finish trailhead on the day before the race; canopy setup and drop bag policies apply at that location. No refunds or bib transfers are permitted; entry deferral credit is available on a sliding scale depending on notice. Pacers are permitted for the 100 Mile and 100K under specified rules.
