Mamba 100
The Mamba 100 is a trail ultramarathon held November 6 and 7, 2026, at the Wolf River Refuge Trailhead in Memphis, TN, organized by Mamba Trail Runners. The event offers multiple distances on a looped single-track course.
Distances
- 100 Miler - 7 loops plus a 2-mile start section
- 100K - 4 loops plus a 6-mile start section
- 50K - 2 loops plus a 3-mile start section
- 25K - 1 loop plus a 1.5-mile start section
Course and aid stations The course centers on a 14-mile loop of flat, fast, smooth single-track with a few small hills and a short lead-in before the main loop. Two primary aid stations serve each loop: a Bridge Aid Station and the Start/Finish Aid Station, giving runners access to support roughly every 4 to 5 miles. Aid offerings include Tailwind as the primary hydration, water, Gatorade, Coca-Cola products, a range of sweet and savory foods, and additional hot food options during evening and overnight hours. All finishers at specified distances receive medals or buckles per the event awards structure.
Logistics and policies Packet pickup is held at the Start/Finish trailhead beginning Thursday and continuing through Friday for each distance; 100 Mile runners who did not pick up Thursday must pick up on Friday before starting. There are no refunds and no bib transfers. Entry deferral credit is available at 100%, 75%, 50%, or 25% depending on how far in advance the request is made; no deferrals within two weeks of race day. Trail Sisters approval, pregnancy and postpartum deferral provisions, menstrual products at aid stations, pacer rules for the 100M and 100K, crew and drop bag rules, and standard ultra race conduct rules are specified for participants.
