Halloween Trick or Trot Run 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS
This event is an annual Halloween themed run held at Riverwalk in Memphis on October 31, 2026. The program includes in-person and virtual options and a family mile distance, with organized waves and limited capacity per wave.

The run is organized as a smaller, private group event with a cap per wave. Waves are filled on a first come, first serve basis and close when capacity is reached. Timing is optional; there are no timing chips. Participants may track time using running apps and submit results to be posted online, or ask coordinators to help record times.
Participants receive event items shipped to the provided US mailing address, including a running T shirt, a finisher towel or giveaway, and a finisher medal. A digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion are provided, and an invitation to join local running clubs is available. Technical running shirts are offered as an optional upgrade for an additional five dollars. Race bibs are provided on race day so packet pickup is not required.
The event includes fundraising and charity initiatives; miles logged after the race may result in donations to partner charities. Fundraising is optional. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
