PB&J Fuel Run : Memphis

PB&J Fuel Run is a smaller, wave-capped group run held at Riverwalk in Memphis, Tennessee. The event offers multiple distance options, a shipped swag bag for US registrants, and coordinator support in a relaxed, no-equipment setting. All paces and ages are welcome; participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Waves are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and the event limits the number of entrants per wave.

Timing is optional. There are no timing chips; participants may track time with running apps and submit results, or ask coordinators for informal timekeeping. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag items shipped to the registration address include a running T-shirt, a finisher towel or giveaway, a finisher medal, and a digital training pack. A technical running shirt upgrade is available for an additional fee. Shirts are mailed the week of the race; late registrants may receive shirts after the event.

A virtual run option is available with a digital training pack and medal distribution upon submission of results. The event includes invitations to local running clubs, online results and certificates of completion, and optional fundraising initiatives that support charity partners.
