Sloth Run 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS

The Sloth Run is a themed community run held at Riverwalk in Memphis on August 29, 2026. The event offers multiple distance options and a virtual alternative. The in-person event is organized as a smaller, private group run with a cap per wave; waves close when they fill and a wait list or virtual option is available for sold-out waves.

The event welcomes runners and walkers of all paces and ages; participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Timing is optional: participants may track time with their own apps and submit results, or ask coordinators to help record times. No timing chips are used.

Swag is shipped to the US mailing address provided at registration; race bibs are given on race day. Items listed for participants include a running t-shirt, a finisher towel or giveaway, a finisher medal, and a digital training pack. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee. Online results and a certificate of completion are available after the event.

Packet pickup is not required. Virtual run participants can complete their distance at a time and place of their choosing and submit results to receive a medal. Registration fees are listed for each distance and option.
