Healthier 901 Fest, powered by Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, is a free, family friendly event held at Shelby Farms Park. The festival features fitness activities, healthy food options, live entertainment, sponsor giveaways, wellness resources, and interactive experiences for all ages.

Participants can select a distance-based activity or enjoy other festival offerings. Registration is available online; the 1 mile walk is free, and the 4K run has a fee of $28.74 ($25 plus processing fee). Both options include an option to purchase a t-shirt. Registration policies state there are no refunds unless enrolled in the Refund Protection Program, race management may cancel or modify the event for unfavorable conditions, and registration fees are not refundable if a cancellation is due to "Acts of God."

A full schedule of activities, performances, fitness demonstrations, and health screenings will be published closer to the event date. Featured onsite programming includes group workouts, fitness challenges, cooking demonstrations, healthy food vendors, kids activities, educational experiences, and sponsor prize opportunities. Eligibility for sponsor prizes requires joining the Healthier 901 movement and meeting organizer eligibility requirements; official rules will be provided prior to the event.
