Event Format
This is described as a smaller, private group run with participant caps per wave. It is open to all paces and ages, with participants under 18 requiring a guardian. There is no traditional race equipment or setup; coordinators are present to provide support.
Timing is optional. Participants may track their own time using apps and submit results, or ask coordinators for assistance. There are no timing chips used.
Participant Experience
Registration includes a swag bag with items shipped to a US address. This contains a running T-shirt, a finisher's medal, a finisher's towel or giveaway, and a digital training pack. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade.
Packet pickup is not required; race bibs are provided on the day of the event. Race details and course maps are emailed to participants the Wednesday before the event.
Logistics
The run operates in timed waves (Wave A at 7:30 AM, Wave B at 8:00 AM, Wave C at 8:30 AM). Late runners can start upon arrival. Coordinators remain on site for three hours after the first wave.
A virtual run option is available, which can be completed at any time and location. Results can be submitted by email to receive a medal.
