Format, logistics and entries
The event is organized in capped waves that are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis; a virtual-run option and a wait list are available if waves are full. Timing is optional and no timing chips are used; participants may track times with mobile apps and submit results for posting, or ask coordinators to help record times. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag sent to U.S. mailing addresses includes a running T-shirt, finisher's towel or giveaway, finisher's medal, and a digital training pack; a technical running shirt is available as a $5 upgrade. Shirts are shipped the week of the race; late registrants may receive shirts after the event.
