Dingneng Wang

The Dingneng Wang event is a marathon-distance run held in San Diego, California. It is a memorial event, formerly known as the PQ & GZ Trail Marathon, renamed in memory of Dingneng Wang.

This is explicitly not a race. The organizer states there will be no support of any kind, including no course marking and no aid stations. Participants are on their own. Individuals may run the entire course, any portion of it, or arrange their own support and pacing.

The event is free. Registration is only required for those who wish to have a result recorded. To receive a result, one must register online, run the specified course on the event date, and report their finish time with proof to the organizer. The event has a seven-hour cutoff.
