Dingneng Wang - Marathon in San Diego

The event named Dingneng Wang is a marathon held on May 8, 2027, at Canyonside Park Driveway in San Diego, CA 92126. It is organized by Best Runner Leaves No Tracks and was formerly known as PQ & GZ Trail Marathon; the name was changed in memory of a friend who enjoyed this course.

This is not a race. There is no event support, no course marking, and no aid stations; participants are self-supported. Runners may be crewed or paced by personal supporters and may run any portion of the course. Organizers do not provide official timing. Participants who want a recorded result must register and later submit time and proof of their run.

The course is run counter-clockwise. Around mile 16 the route passes Torrey Pine North Parking Lot, where restrooms and water fountains are available. A GPX file and a course map are provided by the organizer for navigation.

Start and finish are at the Canyonside Park Driveway. Parking directions note an approach from Black Mountain Road, driving straight to the end of the ballpark (field 9), then turning right into a half paved, half dirt parking area.
