Start waves are released frequently; waves begin every 3 to 5 minutes and small waves are released every 60 to 90 seconds within a heat. Participants are asked to arrive 30 to 45 minutes before their registered wave to allow time for parking, checking in, and collecting event items. The last wave within a registered heat departs up to 30 minutes after the scheduled heat.
The venue may charge for parking, with a stated possible fee of up to $20 handled by the venue. On-site merchandise is available for purchase including event shirts and tutus.
