San Diego Bubble Run - May 2, 2026
The Bubble Run in San Diego takes place on May 2, 2026, at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center, 2800 Olympic Parkway, Chula Vista, CA 91915. The event features a 5 km course with bubble and foam stations along the route. The organizer describes the course as intended for all ages. Waves are released in small groups every 60–90 seconds, and individual start order is first come, first served within the assigned hour.
Registration, packet pickup and logistics
Registration is presented with a listed price of FREE and $54.95, with a sale ending 12/21/2025; fees may apply. Standard registration includes a race bib, a 2026 finisher medal, post-race bubble dance party, and foam stations on course. A limited VIP option adds VIP check-in, a 2026 event T-shirt, sunglasses, a bubble wand, a Bubble Run headband, a drawstring bag, and a silicone wristband. The organizer runs a Buy One & Give One program that donates registrations to local community members through partner charities such as Save the Children and UNICEF USA.
Packet pick up is scheduled for May 1st at the same venue, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Race day packet pick up carries a $5 cash fee per packet if not picked up the day prior.
