Race format and logistics
Races are organized in capped start waves filled on a first-come, first-served basis; a wait list and a virtual option are available if waves sell out. Timing is optional: participants may self‑track with apps and submit results for posting, and there are no timing chips. This is described as a smaller, private group run with coordinators on site.
Swag is mailed to U.S. addresses and includes a running T‑shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, and online results with a certificate of completion. Race bibs are provided on race day; technical shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an extra fee. Final race details and course maps are emailed the Wednesday before the event.
