Event Overview
This running event raises awareness and funds for those affected by breast cancer. It will be held at Piney Creek Hollow Park in Centennial, Colorado.
Distances
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- Family 1 Mile Fun Run
A virtual run option is also available, allowing participants to complete the distance on their own time and submit results.
Event Format
The event is described as a smaller, private group run with capped attendance per wave. Running and walking are both welcome, and all paces and ages are accepted. It is designed as a "pure run" without equipment or setup, aiming for a supportive and stress-free atmosphere.
Timing is optional, with no timing chips provided. Participants can track their time using an app and submit it via an online form.
Registration & Logistics
Registration fees vary by distance. A cap per wave applies, and waves are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants receive a swag bag including a running t-shirt (shipped within the US), a finisher's medal, and a finisher's towel or other giveaway. Race bibs are provided on the day of the event.
There are multiple start times in waves on the event day. Late runners are accommodated, as coordinators stay for several hours after the first wave. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
