Event Overview
The Miles for Smiles 5K is a running event held in Arvada, Colorado. It includes three events: a standard 5K run, a virtual 5K, and a 50-yard adaptive dash for children.
Course Information
The event is described as family-friendly. The main 5K course starts and finishes on the track at the North Area Athletic Complex (NAAC). The middle portion of the run follows the scenic Fairmount Trail.
Additional Events
Following the 5K, there is Jordyn's Adaptive Dash. This is a 50-yard event where children with disabilities use adaptive equipment to participate. This event is open to children who have received adaptive equipment from the Two Angels Foundation.
Venue Policies
Only service dogs with proper documentation are permitted inside the NAAC stadium. Participants are asked to leave their pets at home.
Packet Pick-Up
Race packets can be collected on the day before the event at Barquentine Brewing Company in the Edgewater Public Market. Packets are also available on the morning of the event at the NAAC venue. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
