Event Overview
The Always Hope Easter Run offers several distance options: a 5K, a 10K, a Half-Marathon (13.1 miles), and a Family 1 Mile Fun Run. The event also includes a Virtual Run option that can be completed any time and place. It takes place at Piney Creek Hollow Park in Centennial, Colorado.
Event Details
This is described as a smaller, private group run with capped participation per wave. All paces and ages are welcome to run or walk, with participants under 18 requiring a guardian. There is no on-site equipment or setup; the run is supported by event coordinators.
Optional technical running shirts are available for an additional fee. The event includes a fundraising component where, post-race, every mile logged can generate a donation to charity.
Participant Information
Registration includes a swag bag with a running t-shirt shipped to the participant's US address, a finisher's medal, a finisher's towel or giveaway, and a digital training pack. Race bibs are distributed on the day of the event. Packet pickup is not required, as materials are shipped directly.
Timing is optional and can be self-tracked via apps like Strava or RunKeeper, with results submitted online. There are no timing chips. Results and a certificate of completion are available online. Participants are invited to join local running clubs associated with the organizer.
Registration
Registration is open until the day of the event. However, waves may sell out quickly and close once full. Late registrants (within two weeks of the race) may receive their shirt after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
