Mountain Ridge Trail Race
Mountain Ridge Trail Race is a multi-distance trail event near Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with courses following the Douglas County East West Regional Trail and starting and finishing at Mountain Ridge Middle School.

Courses run on mostly dirt trail and single track with some bike path sections. Routes are described as rolling hills and use out and back or Y out and back formats. Reported total elevation gain by distance includes about 2,106 feet for the 21 mile course, 1,345 feet for the half marathon, 600 feet for the 10 KM, and 374 feet for the 5 KM. Aid stations are provided on the longer courses with four on the 21 mile, three on the half marathon, two on the 10 KM, and no aid stations listed for the 5 KM. The event is designated a cupless race.
Logistics note that the venue parking is the school parking lot and a drop bag area is available at the start and finish. Crews may support runners at the finish line, and pacers are not permitted.
