Format and logistics
The event is organized as smaller, capped waves that are filled on a first-come, first-served basis; a virtual option and wait list are available when waves sell out. Timing is optional - participants may self-record times with an app or ask coordinators for assistance. No timing chips are used.
Swag and finish items are provided. Registered participants receive a running T-shirt (shipped to a US mailing address), a finisher's medal, and a finisher's towel or giveaway. A digital training pack and online certificate of completion are offered. Race bibs are provided on race day; physical swag is shipped to registrants and shirts are expected the week of the race.
