Format, timing and race materials
The event is organized in capped waves; waves may close when they fill and a virtual option or wait list is available. Timing is optional: participants may track times with personal apps and submit results for posting. No timing chips are used. Race bibs are provided on race day.
Swag is shipped to the US mailing address provided at registration; packet pickup is not required. Included items listed by the organizer are a running T-shirt (shipped), a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, and an online results page with a certificate of completion. Technical running shirts are available as a $5 upgrade. The organizer states a final update with course maps will be emailed the Wednesday before the race. Late registrations up to two weeks before the race are accepted, though shipped shirts may arrive after the event.
Registration fees (Oct 1 - Apr 4) are listed as: 5K $41.48, 10K $46.92, Half-Marathon $50.17, Virtual $41.48, Family 1 Mile $39.31. Prices are inclusive of mandatory charges.
