Run for Mental Health 5K/10K/13.1 SEATTLE
Run for Mental Health is a set of races held at Lincoln Park, 8011 Fauntleroy Way Southwest, Seattle, Washington on November 14, 2026. The event offers both in person and virtual participation and supports mental health initiatives; fundraising participation is optional.

The in person event uses capped waves that are filled on a first come, first served basis. Timing is optional for participants; there are no timing chips and runners may track and submit times using personal apps or request coordinator assistance. Race bibs are provided on race day.
Entrants receive mailed swag to US addresses including a running t-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, and a finisher's medal. A digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion are provided. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee. Shirts are shipped to the address used at registration and are expected to arrive the week of the race; late registrants may receive shirts after the event.
The event also offers an invitation to join local running clubs and notes that additional miles logged after the race will contribute to a charity donation program. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
