The Run for Mental Health is a running event taking place at Lincoln Park in Seattle, Washington. Registration includes a swag bag containing a finisher's medal, a finisher's towel or giveaway, and a running T-shirt. The T-shirt is shipped directly to the address provided during registration (US addresses only) and typically arrives during the week of the race. Bibs are distributed on-site on the day of the event. Participants who register within two weeks of the race date may receive their shirts after the event.

In addition to the in-person event, a virtual run option is available for those who prefer to complete their distance at a different time or location.
