Event Basics
The Always Hope Easter Run takes place on April 4, 2026, at South Peachtree Creek Trail in Decatur, Georgia. It is presented by The Best Races. This is described as a smaller, private group run with a participant cap per wave. Runners and walkers of all paces are welcome, and participants under 18 require a guardian.
Distances
Participants can register for one of several distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half-Marathon (13.1 miles)
- Family 1 Mile Fun Run A virtual run option is also available, which can be completed at any time or location.
What's Included
Registration includes several items. A running t-shirt is shipped to the participant's US address prior to the event. Participants also receive a finisher's medal, a finisher's towel or giveaway, and a digital training pack. An optional technical running shirt upgrade is available. Race bibs are provided on the event day.
Event Format
The run uses a wave start system, with specific start times for each wave on a first-come, first-served basis. The event does not use timing chips. Participants may track their own time using a mobile app and submit it via a form for online results. Coordinators are present to provide support.
