The Run Atlanta 404 Day 5K is an athletic and community event held in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The race follows a scenic out-and-back route that begins and ends at Underground Atlanta. Participants run through the Downtown and Castleberry Hill neighborhoods. The event includes various community activities and entertainment options beyond the race. Participants can attend the 404 Day parade, a festival with live music, and a block party. Health and wellness activations and various games are also organized at the site. Recognition and awards are presented following the run, with categories including overall top finishers and specialized age groups ranging from youth under 12 to seniors over 65.
The start line is located at 50 Upper Alabama St., directly adjacent to the Five Points MARTA Station.
