The Apple Plod 10K.ish
The Apple Plod 10K.ish is a trail running event held at Myncen Farm in Minchington, near Blandford Forum, Dorset. The event takes place on a privately owned farm and follows a two-lap course. Participants traverse a variety of natural terrain, including grass fields, wild flowers, crops, and dusty tracks.
The event is designed with a relaxed atmosphere suitable for both runners and walkers. A time limit of two and a half hours is provided for completion, and tail runners are present to accompany those at the back of the field. Participants who finish the course can claim event goodies.
The 2026 edition is part of a larger weekend of activities ranging from July 17th to July 19th, with camping options available on-site. While several other distances and challenges are held over the weekend, the Apple Plod specifically offers a 10 km distance.
Registration is capped at a maximum of 136 entrants. The event is open to participants with a minimum age of 16 years.
