HOT-TO-GO (5 or 10 miles)
A pop music themed trail run taking place in Hurn Forest, with the event base at Hospital Services Cricket Club. The route follows a new trail through the forest and features a pop themed playlist and a medal for participants. The track is hardstanding and well maintained, so trail shoes are not essential.
Laps are 2.5 miles on an out and back course. The 5 mile event is one lap and the 10 mile event is two laps.

Minimum ages are 16 years for the 5 mile event and 17 years for the 10 mile event. The event is licensed by the TRA and will be run under UKA rules.
A Run DMC aid station will be located at the start and finish of each lap offering a range of sweet and savoury snacks and fizzy pop. The event is cupless and plastic cups are not provided. Bag drop and toilets are available inside the cricket club and hot drinks will be available; donations to the Cricket Club defib fund are appreciated. Number pick up is at race registration before the event and final instructions will be sent by email.
Twenty percent of entry costs will go to Forestry England. The organiser is assisting the cricket club to fund a defibrillator; a collection box will be in the pavilion. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
