The 7 Line 7K
The 7 Line 7K is a road race held at Flushing Meadows Corona Park and presented by Metropolitan Park. The main distance is 7K. Event logistics note that parking is very limited near the Queens Museum building on Meridian Road and that public transportation is recommended. Strollers and dogs are not permitted in the race.
On-site amenities include finisher medals, race shirts, bag check (organizers do not accept responsibility for checked items), free finish-line photos, and live/text/email results. Food and beverage partners provide post-race items and non-alcoholic beer. Pre- and post-race stretching is offered. Personalized bibs are available for participants who register in advance; virtual bibs are shipped to remote participants within a shipping window around the event.
Awards include cash and medals: $100 to the top male and female overall, medals to the top three male and female overall, and medals to the top three in each age group (15 & under; 16-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70+). The event also features the Mookie Mile challenge, which rewards the fastest split between mile 1 and mile 2 from a designated prize purse.
