The 7 Line 7K
The 7 Line 7K is a road race presented by Metropolitan Park at Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The event includes a main 7K race and a free kids fun run. No strollers or dogs are allowed in the race.

Participants receive finisher medals and race shirts. A bag check is available, with no responsibility accepted for checked items. Post-race amenities include food provided by Mookie Wilson's Legacy Catering, snacks from All Round Foods, and nonalcoholic beer from Montauk Brewing Co. Pre- and post-race stretch sessions are offered by Northwell's Stars Rehab. Live, text, and email results are provided, along with free finish-line photos. Personalized bibs are offered for entries made at least three weeks in advance.
Awards include $100 to the top male and female overall, medals for the top three overall finishers, and medals for the top three in multiple age groups (15 & under; 16-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70+). The event also features the Mookie Mile, a timed segment between mile 1 and mile 2 with a jersey award and a cash prize purse.
Parking is limited; public transportation is recommended. Bibs can be picked up in person or shipped to virtual participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
